Rich is Formidable's first Florida-based employee and a member of our established design practice. He joined us as a UX Designer in early 2021, having previously held roles with Big Sea, a digital marketing agency, and WIHP Hotels. Rich's role with Formidable bridges the gap between design and everywhere else, contributing to a healthy culture of collaboration, elevating and executing design at a high level, and maintaining a positive attitude and inclusive personality. He specializes in solving problems with thoughtful design, whether that be in the digital, physical, or conceptual space. Rich enjoys lettering, sports, and painting and recently completed a 60-foot mural during last year's pandemic. A graduate of Florida State University, Rich is also a proud husband and father to three boys.
